Job Description:
Translates conceptual solution into executable tasks and assigns tasks to supporting Process Engineers as appropriate
Integrates all work activities and milestones within the tower into the Transition/Transformation plans
Provides regular progress updates to Transition/Transformation managers
Assesses the To-Be process design and ensures it covers all customer's requirements as defined in the MSA
Ensures process metrics and SLA reporting are integrated into the business process to ensure controls
Partners with Industrial Engineering Team to simulate and measure the To-Be process efficiency and resource estimation to minimize backlog
Partners with Quality to ensure all process documentation adheres to ISO standards
Partners with Transition and Training organization to define the training strategy
Ensure Operations readiness to meet Production Monitoring and Day-1 commitment
Resolves all process and operational issues to ensure a stable production environement that meets SLA
Drives improvement opportunities via the BPM Glide Path program to achieve efficiency and cost reduction commitments as defined in the MSA.
