Lead a cluster to formulate marketing strategies with Portfolio and Asset Managers
Implement sales and marketing strategies for properties within Ascendas portfolio
Work closely with Asset and Relationship Managers to increase occupancy / revenue
Liaise with agents as well as conduct marketing sales calls / site viewings and presentations
Negotiate and follow up on terms of lease and sale with prospective tenants and purchasers
Monitor market trends on supply and demand of business space
Degree in Real Estate/Sales & Marketing or other relevant discipline
5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience in a business-to-business real estate environment
Good team player and self starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills
