Team Member - Customer support (Voice and Data)
Freshers -4 years of experience from Call Centre / Customer Service Center / BPO
Call Centre / Customer Center / BPO Voice and Data support
Should have excellent English communication skills both verbally and written
Should have good experience with voice support
Should preferably have experience with email and chat support
Should have experience with both inbound and outbound customer support
Should preferably have Banking / Forex markets background in the area of customer support
Should posses analytical skills in conducting root cause analysis (RCA), generating call reports and analyzing them for leads, issues etc.
Should be willing to work flexible hours
Graduate and above
